Information on upcoming international events Upcoming international events: Tenpin Global Championships, London 2012 - An international team event being held in the Airport Bowl, London on 13-15th July 2012. The event will feature mixed singles, mixed doubles, mixed trios and mixed team events. The 1st World Singles Championships are being held in Cyprus on 18-26th September 2012, the selection date for this will be following the last event (7) of the 2011/2012 season. Top 2 male and top 2 females from FIC Squad will be selected. The event will be entirely self-funded for those interested players and a deposit of 250.00 euro is required. Players have until the 22nd May deadline to confirm their place, those interested should contact Karen Payne.
National Ranking Tour - Event 7 - Results Winners of today's event, in association with Seismic Bowling, were as follows: Ranking winners for each section were: Results are now available to view here or in the Event Results & Standings section of the website.
NRT 2011/2012 - Event 7 - Information The final event of the 2011/2012 season in association with Seismic Bowling takes place at The Odyssey Bowl, Belfast on Sunday 6th May. Please note that registration for this event will open at 8.45am, with practice starting at an earlier time of 9.20am. Bowling will commence at 9.30am. This event is also the final of 4 in the 2012 World Cup Qualifiers. The qualifiers format will be best 3 of 4 events, with the Top 8 Men and Top 4 Women making the Finals which will take place at the Jet Centre, Coleraine on 20th May. Format: 8 games qualifying, top 8 players (handicap total) will contest in the Knockout Finals (Matches played over 1 game). Guaranteed prize fund of £360.00 which is distributed to the Top 8 players as follows: 1st place: £100.00 Entry fee will be £32.00 for members or £35.00 for non-members. Handicap 75% of 220. Those players eligible for a current handicap can view their handicap for the event here. The oil pattern for this event can be viewed here.

World Cup Qualifier Finals - Information The oil pattern for the World Cup Qualifier Finals to played in the Jet Centre, Coleraine on 20th May will be the 2011 World Cup pattern. This can be viewed here.
AGM 2012 - Information The Annual General Meeting of the Northern Ireland Tenpin Bowling Federation will take place on Tuesday 3rd April 2011 at the Dundonald International Icebowl commencing at 7.30pm. if you have any motions or amendments please send them to the secretary 21 days before the AGM date.

Selection information for upcoming international events Selection dates for upcoming events: The Commonwealth Championships are being held in New Zealand on 9-17th February 2013, the selection date for this will be following the last event (7) of the 2011/2012 season. The 1st World Singles Championships are being held in Cyprus on 18-26th September 2012, the selection date for this will be following the last event (7) of the 2011/2012 season. Top 2 male and top 2 females from FIC Squad will be selected. The European Champions Cup is being held in Holland on 15th-22nd October 2012, the selection date for this will be following the last event (7) of the 2011/2012 season. The Adult Triple Crown is being held in Ireland on 14-16th September 2012, the selection date for this will be following the last event (7) of the 2011/2012 season.
NRT 2011/2012 - Event 5 - Information The fifth event of the new 2011/2012 season in association with Seismic Bowling takes place at Dundonald International Ice Bowl on Sunday 26th February, starting at 9.30am (Registration opens at 9.00am). Lane pattern will be the Kegel Sunset Strip. This event is also the second of the 2012 World Cup Qualifiers. The qualifiers format will be best 3 of 4 events, with the Top 8 Men and Top 4 Women making the Finals which will take place at the Jet Centre, Coleraine on 20th May. The entry fee for the World Cup Qualifier is £20.00. Format: 8 games qualifying, top 8 players (handicap total) will contest in the Knockout Finals (Matches played over 1 game). Guaranteed prize fund of £360.00 which is distributed to the Top 8 players as follows: 1st place: £100.00 Entry fee will be £32.00 for members or £35.00 for non-members. Handicap 75% of 220. New Northern Ireland Apparel The Northern Ireland Tenpin Bowling Federation present the all new Northern Ireland apparel. Shirts, priced at £25.00 each, are for Squad Members only. Hoodies will be available for open purchase and are priced at £40.00 each, note that the Hoodie only has the NITBF logo on the front with no Northern Ireland text on the reverse. Sport NI - Athlete Investment Programme Criteria The Athlete Investment Programme run by Sport NI is now open for applications. If you fall within any of the criteria outlined below you are eligible to apply for funding via this programme. The criteria form can also be downloaded from here.
