Membership forms with appropriate fees can be returned to Bertha Campbell (Dundonald International Ice Bowl) or Allen Sinton (Brunswick Superbowl)

Membership Categories and Fees:

Junior (aged 12-19, under 12's membership is free of charge)	£5.00
Standard Membership	£15.00
Senior Citizen Membership (Over 65)	£10.00
Senior Squad Gold Card Membership (Includes International Licence & Inclusion to Senior Squad)	£25.00
Gold Card Membership (Includes International Licence & Inclusion to FIC Squad*)	£35.00
One-off International Licence (Valid for one event)	£5.00

*NOTE: NEW FOR THE 2008/2009 SEASON - Any member purchasing an Adult Gold Card Membership shall be regarded as a FIC squad member and will eligible for adult event selection.
